Consists of (1) Evaporator effect housing approximate 64_ diameter x 55_6_ tall with tubes, removable top cover, and separator. (1) Pasteurizer approximate 16_ diameter x 190_ long with tubes. (1) Evaporator effect housing approximate 84_ diameter x 55_6_ tall with tubes, removable top cover. (1) Vapor removal tank approximate 108_ diameter 120_ tall. (1) Condenser approximate 10_ diameter x 34_ tall. (1) Holding tube assembly. (2) Condensers. (1) Pillar Turbo Fan with a 600hp motor and an Allen-Bradley PowerFlex panel. Miscellaneous piping, spare 600hp fan motor, and pumps. Built 1994.
