Used 120 mm Erema pelletizing line, consisting of 120 mm Erema extruder, model RM120TVE, 36:1 L/D, electrically heated, water cooled barrel, dual vented with Deker vacuum pump, barrel, driven by 160 kW, AC motor with inverter, temperature control panel with Erema Series 988 controllers. Approxmately 50 cu ft Stainless steel cutter compactor, driven by 105 kW 480 volt, AC motor, Cutter Compactor feed by 35" x 20' long inclined belt conveyor. Extruder equipped with dual bolt screen changer with power pack. Water ring pelletizing system with approximately 40 hole single row die plate, 4 blade cutter head, Stainless steel slushway with vibrating screen classifier and pellet centrifugal dryer, includes water pump and heat exchanger for barrel and water system. Extruder gearbox was replaced in July 2015, New screw in 2013, new cutter compactor motor in 2013, new belt for cutter compactor installed 2013. Extruder serial# C99/138.
