(2) Approximately 7" diameter counter rotating shafts with (94) 4-1/4" wide x 1" thick bolt on paddles. Each shaft driven by a 20 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1770 rpm motors thru Dodge Maxum concentric speed reducers, size DCR6, ratio 24.67 to 1, output 70.9 rpm. (5) Sections of bolt on top covers, 14" x 30" inlet, 14" x 30" outlet. Designed to mix 1/4" sized material at elevated temperatures up to 650 deg F at a rate of 10-20 tons per hour. Built 2009.
