Groninger Sterile Bottle Filling Line

Unused Groninger sterile eye dropper bottle filling line currently set up for oval plastic bottles at speeds up to 180/minute, depending on bottle size and tooling line can handle speeds up to 360/minute, consisting of the following: Model ZVB850 bottle sorter feeder with bowl feeder and bottle hopper, servo driven with controls. Model UFVK4005 filler and dropper inserter, currently set up for 6 ml fills at 180/minute, with 4 head walking beam filling station with individual rotary piston pumps, fill range 2 - 13 ml, dropper inserter station with bowl feeder, machine capable of handling 16 - 53 mm diameter x 30 - 110 mm high bottle size range, .2 - 135 ml dosing size range, depending on tooling and bottle size can handle speeds up to 600/minute, with nitrogen prefill, fill station, nitrogen post fill, pre and post weigh stations, servo driven machine with Siemens S7 PLC controller. Model KVK108 rotary screw capper, 8 head design, capable of handling 16 - 100 mm diameter x 30 - 250 mm high bottles, with integrated bowl feeder and hopper for caps, servo driven machine with plc controls. All line components with Groninger glove ports and RABS laminair flow unit to cover sorter, filler and capper units. Line built 2019 and only had FAT performed, never installed or removed from shipping crates.
