Used IWAT process water treatment and sludge dewatering system, model 2x CCF 15.000 & sludge dewatering consisting of the following: -IWAT 50 grit separator, stainless steel construction, nominally rated 50 cu meter/hour flow rate, 1.5 cu meter feed hopper, 240mm(9.4") diameter auger driven by .37kw motor drive. -IWAT Reko drum screen, type TM 80-180, stainless steel construction, approximately 800mm(31") diameter x 1800mm(70") long perforated drum, driven by .55 kw motor drive. -approximately 5 cu meter chemical buffer tank. -(2) CCF 15.000 flotation tanks, capacity up to 15 cu meter/hour each, .09kw scrappers, 3kw feed pumps, 4kw recirculation pumps, with free sludge discharge, clean water overflow. -(2) IWAT500-R automatic polymer preparation station, approximately 500 liter, .75 kw agitator, 22 liter/hour dry material feeder with .18kw motor. -5 cu meter PP clean water tank. -5 cu meter sludge dewatering buffer tank, PP. -IWAT dewatering screw press, model SP-HF 04, stainless steel construction, 2 cu meter/hour flow rate, .55kw screw motor drive, with 200 liter stainless steel agitated feed tank and 1.5 kw feed pump. -associated circulation and feed pumps. -Integrated control system with Siemens controls and hmi, CE rated, serial# 18/04169, built 2018.
