IMA Prexima 300 tablet press, SN KC1087 with 33 stations, B-tooled with fill cams for 8mm and 12 mm B-tools. Demonstration machine. PREXIMA 300 is a single sided rotary tablet press for the compression of powder blends obtained by wet or dry granulation or by simple mixing. On the basis of the dimensions of the tablets to be produced, the machine can be fitted with different interchangeable turrets, with a different number of stations. The main features that distinguish this machine are the following: - complete separation of the process area with respect to the mechanical area, through special covers and gaskets; - automatic and optimized lubrication of the mechanical parts; - removable turret with guided procedures; - noise reduction solutions for a low noise level even with high compression forces; - rigid and robust structure, guaranteeing high reliability in the compression process and in the detection of the forces used; - extreme accessibility to the process area; - new XIMA operator interface for intuitive machine management.
