These Millipore process scale holders, designed for use with Pod Filters, are engineered for large-scale filtration applications in biopharmaceutical and other regulated manufacturing environments. Its 3-rack design allows for flexible scaling, accommodating Pod filter configurations from 5.5 to 33 square meters of filtration area. Ideal for downstream processing steps such as clarification, virus filtration, or pre-sterile filtration, this unit ensures hygienic operation with 1.5" sanitary flange connections and high-performance Gemü® valves. The 316L stainless steel construction and silicone seal materials provide excellent chemical resistance and compatibility with cleanroom and GMP standards.
